Charmed star, Alyssa Milano, asked the LA courts for a restraining order against alleged stalker, Jeff Turner, a 54-year-old man. The papers filed say that the recent dates happened on November 16th and December 3rd and also accuses the stalker of breaking into her home twice.

The request also asks for protection for her family, who the accused stalker man “believes he is close personal friends with.”

A hearing has been scheduled for January.
